She Seas is an ocean adventure and travel site for women who would rather be in, on, or somewhere near the water.
Here you’ll find firsthand travel guides, scuba and water sports advice, sailing and liveaboard stories, and gear recommendations designed to help you spend more time exploring—and a little less time figuring out what to pack.
From diving remote islands to crossing oceans by sailboat, much of what you’ll find here comes from places I’ve actually been, things I’ve actually done, and lessons I’ve learned along the way.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi! I’m Eryn!
I’m a traveler, scuba diver, sailor, and full-time liveaboard who has spent the better part of the last decade chasing warm water around the world.
I started traveling full-time in 2018 and eventually traded life on land for life aboard our 50-foot sailing catamaran, Neverland. Since then, my husband and I have sailed thousands of miles, lived at anchor, explored coastlines by dinghy, crossed the Pacific Ocean, and discovered some pretty incredible places both above and below the surface.
These days, home is wherever the anchor is set.
I’ve scuba dived, snorkeled, sailed, hiked, road-tripped, and eaten my way through destinations around the world—and I’ve learned that some of the best adventures begin where the road ends and the water starts.
She Seas is where I share what I’ve learned along the way.

LIFE ON MY SAILBOAT
My husband and I bought our 50ft sailing catamaran called Neverland, in 2016. We started our journey in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and cruised up and down the eastern Caribbean islands for a couple years before heading west—then north—then west again—then south, eventually visiting most of the Caribbean islands before finally heading through the Panama Canal in 2024 to explore bigger oceans.
In spring 2026, we completed THE BIG ONE—an 18-day Pacific crossing from Mexico to the Marquesas Islands in French Polynesia. In the coming years, we’re exploring Fiji, Tonga, the Cook Islands, Australia, New Zealand, The Phillipines, Indonesia, and so many more places we haven’t even thought of yet.
Eventually we plan to sail the boat to the Mediterranean, where we want to settle down. You can follow our route on Neverland here.

Eco-Friendly Features: Solar panels, electric kitchen, lithium battery bank (and sails of course!) We can run her on solar full-time when it’s just us on the boat.

How I Choose What to Recommend
Living on a boat has made me surprisingly picky about gear.
Salt, sun, humidity, limited storage, and constant use have a way of revealing pretty quickly what works and what doesn’t. Whenever possible, I’ll make it clear which products I’ve personally used and which are research-based recommendations.
Not every product featured on She Seas has been personally tested by me. When that’s the case, recommendations are based on research, product specifications, reputation, reviews, and how well I think something fits the needs of travelers and women who spend a lot of time around the water.
